8.2. Cancellations after confirmation may incur fees as determined by the provider. These fees will be communicated to you during the cancellation process. Currently, this term is not applicable. Once this feature is activated, it will be updated accordingly.

9.1. Refunds are not provided unless this is deemed necessary for any substantial damage caused by Vivekananda Car Care service providers. Currently, this term is not applicable. Once this feature is activated, it will be updated accordingly.
